Lina Papika qualified in dentistry at the University of Athens. She did her postgraduate studies in Orthodontics at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, graduating in 1997.

She has worked as a qualified orthodontist since 1998, at her private practice in Athens and has also published articles at the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

She is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontics, the Hellenic Orthodontic Society and the Greek Association for Orthodontic Study and Research.

She is a registered Specialist in Orthodontics at the General Dental Council of the United Kingdom.

She sees herself as an enthusiastic professional who enjoys practicing Orthodontics, because it combines science with aesthetics, as well as using both hands and mind.
